If the bounce house will be set up for your outside event and it has recently rained or is expected to rain, we will need to reschedule. We will not set up our bounce house with mud. We will keep your deposit on file and it can be credited to a future event within the next year.

They are safe! Both adults and kids can use them but we do recommend following the weight limits on each bounce house.

15×15: 600 lbs

13×13: 500 lbs

8×8: 180 lbs

Bubble Dome: No weight limit (it’s on the ground)

We clean our bounce houses after every use. The amount of cleaning after each rental will vary, but we always clean and disinfect using OdoBan and other disinfectants.

We set up our bounce houses on a variety of surfaces! Grass, hardwood, vinyl, etc. We will not set up our bounce houses on muddy, rocky or uneven surfaces.

Our extension cords allow for up to 75 ft.

If you would like an operator to sit and supervise the bounce house, we can provide one for an additional fee. Please request this as the price of the bounce house does not include an operator.

Yes! We have a rental agreement and waiver for you to read and sign before each use.

There are no delivery fees within a 12 mile radius from our operating business in Pflugerville for small installations. We have a delivery fee for locations outside of a 12 mile radius from our operating business in Pflugerville or with larger installations. Each delivery fee will depend on location and set-up so we will communicate that to you in your quote.

Yes! There are hooks on our bounce houses that allow you to set up your own balloons. We ask that you use 260 balloon’s to tie them on, and do not use any of your own adhesives (tape, command hooks, etc.) Please let us know if you will be doing that ahead of time and we will happily provide you with 260’s. 

Yes! We can set up inside on a level surface. Each of our bounce houses require a different square footage area, so we will communicate which bounce house is best for your space.
